Nothing like killing two birds with one stone! Emma Goodman, a 7th grader from Bedford NY, had to complete an assignment for school by doing a pro-social “pay it forward” project. Since Emma needed to do something good for her social studies class, she figured Why not help a cause I care about too?! So Emma set up shop! She baked and sold some yummy treats as well as a bunch of Charley’s Fund merch. Some generous people paid more than what was on the price tags, and Emma’s total topped $500!
